There are several different ways that you can place an order with us.

Place Your Order
You can order directly through our online store, via telephone, email or if you prefer, you can message us directly through one of our social media streams - facebook or twitter.

In order to generate your design all we require are an email address, the details of your design and the colour scheme that you would like your design to follow. We will happily produce multiple colour options for you to to look at.

Receive Your Proof
Once your design is complete we will send a high resolution PDF proof to the email address you have provided us with. This is to allow you to check that you are happy with the design and to ensure that we have made no mistakes when reproducing your content.

At this point you can either approve your design or provide us with any alterations that you may require, these may include making typographical changes, moving text around or altering the colour scheme. We always send a final proof for approval to ensure that you are 100% happy with your design.

Once You're Happy
When you've approved your design we will put it into production and let you know once it's ready. This normally takes a couple of days but we are happy to organise this faster if you're working to a tight deadline.

Delivery
Once produced we mount, and if requested, frame your print and package it ready for collection or delivery. All of our prints are packaged within protective clear cellophane and are finished with parcel string and a gift tag.

The Small Print
Our prints are all 8" x 10" set within 10" x 12" photo mount. Our products fit most standard size photo frames that accept 10" x 12" pictures.

As we use an electronic based proofing system it must be noted that some minor colour variations can occur when viewing our designs on different electronic devices such as laptops, Ipads and smartphones.
